We are searching for a Paraplanner/Client Services Associate with financial services experience. 

 

We seek a junior paraplanner/client services associate eager to grow their skills in traditional financial planning and develop their knowledge and understanding of our industry-leading strategies. The ideal candidate has excellent people skills, enjoys interacting with clients, is detail-oriented, and is eager to provide support to the firm’s advisors. You are proactive and motivated, with a desire to work well as a productive team member. You are looking to join a small, boutique-style firm. Aevitas Wealth Management, Inc. is a fee-only independent Registered Investment Advisor and Financial Planning firm. We concentrate on multi-generational asset management and financial planning services for individuals, families, and small businesses. The firm manages approximately 600 million dollars of assets and services over 300 client relationships. These relationships mean everything to us. The Paraplanner/Client Services Associate plays an essential role at our firm and aids in delivering the client-centered experience that defines our practice.

 

The ideal addition to our team will be someone who:

 

  • Has financial services experience

  • Is meticulously detail-oriented

  • Desires a small, in-office working environment

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Client support functions: financial planning, asset management, and daily customer service tasks. Perform portfolio administration concerning client data, contributions, and withdrawals.

  • Inputs client data and prepares preliminary client financial planning reports.

  • Prepares charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids for implementation meetings with clients.

  • Performs general administrative functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and opening mail.

  • Prepares and processes client paperwork and materials for client meetings.

  • Process and follow-up on client service requests.

  • Maintains client databases and files.

  • Runs and distributes financial reports and projections.

  • Oversee new account procedures.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

 

  • Experience with customer service in financial services.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must have effective verbal and written communication.

  • Thrive on customer engagement: begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle client inquiries and/or problem resolution.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and be a proactive self-starter.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Fidelity Wealthscape, Redtail, eMoney, and Morningstar Office is a plus.

  • A four-year degree from an accredited college or university.

 

Compensation:



Aevitas Wealth Management provides a generous compensation package that includes:

  • Pay based on experience starting at ~ $60,000/year

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4 PM. This position is based in the office in Wellesley, MA.
